Not afraid of experimenting with a modern sound, an eclectic style, and some British influences, Mexican rock band Zoe is looking for more sounds to throw into their simmering stew. Having earned success in Mexico and most Spanish-speaking countries, the Latin Grammy-winning psychedelic band’s chart-topping breakout hit Memo Rex Commander y el Corazón Atómico de la Vía Láctea (2006) earned the band an array of accolades and the first of many Premio Oye! wins. With singles such as “10 A.M.” and “Energía”, Zoe’s new material should finally attract some attention north of the border as they sneak into town with relentless energy and ceaseless grit.
