Norwegian-born New Yorker Sondre Lerche takes the lonely, soul-wrenching aspects of life and pens them into fetchingly beautiful tracks with layered vocals and all-too-true lyricism. The indie pop/jazz musician carries his heart on his sleeve within each track and plays as if he lives inside your brain. Seven albums that are distinctly different but unmistakably his creation grace humanity with themes of lost love, isolation, chaos and time. His ability to identify and connect with sadness and hope draws a beautiful picture of accepting pain and growing from it. Not only is his music soulful and freeing, his essence and stage presence are as captivating as his good looks.
