Hendrik Weber is German bred-and-buttered. Under the moniker Pantha Du Prince, he meticulously structures electronic beats that smash the hell out of the humdrum sameness of typical electronic music. Bringing forth more than tracks that just ripple and shake crowds, the veteran artist/producer conceptualizes thoughtful music that precisely exhibits his innovation and creativity in the genre. Outstanding records include his ideas of connection (The Triad) and being alone (Black Noise) that come to life through synths, percussion, bass, guitar and his own vocals. Each composition sounds as if he has a full band backing him overflowing with intention and talent. He rolls solo though, making music that can adapt to almost any person or place.
