People want to be charmed. Go to any concert and if the band is humble and sincere, you feel it and then a magical thing happens…everyone is emotionally moved and cheer louder as the energy cycles through the band and back into the crowd. This band from Boone, North Carolina shines brightly on their 2015 release, RKS. Raging into 2017 on tour by selling out shows in New York, they even have a song on this album entitled “Goodnight Chicago,” which is endearing if you live in our wonderful and absolutely frigid city. So let RKS warm you up and charm the pants off of you in the deepest of winter. But if for some reason you miss the show, this is definitely a band you’ll hear soon on XRT.
